A template design was developed for Modular Cabin homes to facilitate prefabrication for rural locations to minimise
environmental impact.

Off-site fabrication enables improved quality, health & safety, quicker construction and reduced waste.

3D models of the holiday cabins were developed in Revit, which included:

• Pad foundations

• Structure

• Building envelope

• Internal finishes

• Furnishings

Renders of the 3D model were created on Lumion from the exported Revit model.

The layouts, 3D model and renders were used to visually comunicate the design and spaces to potential clients.
